Jack The Human Visit Chin state! It’s the tribal part of the country! When people visit Myanmar, they only visit the capital state or cities. But rarely even recognize such thing as Chin State existed ( the tribal people ). The capital ( Burmese ) and the Chin State ( tribal people ), will still give you 2 hugely different perspectives. Almost like black and white.

I loved Myanmar, when I went there was no credit cards or atms. I had to get the pristine American notes, caused a minor stress before I got there as when I went to pick up my money in Australia it was FOLDED 😫 mad dash to a bank, then it was easy. Exchanged in a hole in the wall place on arrival, weirdest experience but only my second trip as an adult overseas. Talk about jumping in the deep end. But SO worth the adventure and the people are so welcoming. I loved the thongs and even had my uncle bring me back some when he went. Oh and the Banana pancakes. I hope I can go back one day.

I’m a Myanmar citizen though so they might ask u a few questions if they see a foreigner trying to get in with drones but it’s not illegal. UK Guardian Myanmar authorities planned genocide against Rohingya, rights group claims Officials armed non-Rohingya civilians and suspended aid in months before Rakhine state, new research alleges Authorities in Myanmar made preparations for attacks against the Rohingya with “genocidal intent” in the weeks before last year’s purge, a rights watchdog has claimed. A report by Fortify Rights, a Bangkok-based organisation, alleges that officials carefully planned a systematic assault on the Rohingya community. The report, They Gave Them Long Swords, identifies more than 20 army and police officials responsible for alleged atrocities. These include figures at the highest level of the military command structure such as Myanmar’s commander-in-chief, Min Aung Hlaing, and joint chief of staff, Mya Tun Oo. #genocide #rohingyagenocide #rohingya #myanmar www.theguardian.com/global-development/2018/jul/19/myanmar-planned-genocide-against-rohingya-fortify-rights-claims-rakine-state

We urge your urgent attention as our democratically elected leaders including State Counsellor Aung San Suu Kyi, President Win Myint along with senior government officials, and the elected members of parliament have now been detained by the military. Please kindly assist our country by stopping this military coup as it is happening right now in Myanmar( Burma). Aung San Suu Kyi’s party won a landslide victory in the recent election and the new parliament is due to start in the next few hours. We need your urgent appropriate action and intervention to stop this military coup to protect the people of Myanmar (Burma) and the democratically elected National League for Democracy Government.
