Hi ladies! You two girls are like a breath of fresh air...I'm a fairly new subscriber to your vlogs and I am enjoying them greatly. You both have the very best attitude about everything, I love going along with you on all of your amazing journeys. Thank you for being 'real', it is so refreshing!! :) My hubby and I have cruised 4 times all 4 with Princess, and all 4 cruises were in Alaska...haha...! +Sea Cruisers Hi there Amy--My name is Arlynn (I have Newfoundland dogs and put up doggie videos all of the time, hence my KZbin name) and I too can't wait for you two to do an Alaskan cruise. May I be so bold as to suggest the "Voyage of the Glaciers" cruise via Princess. Y'all are much more savvy cruisers than I though, so, you might know of another cruise line that might be better for y'all. We've always had a balcony (or mini-suite); please, if you can, get a balcony for your Alaskan cruise and please pick an itinerary that includes Glacier Bay--The most breathtakingly beautiful place that I've ever seen in my life...honestly. :) I'm betting you know a lot more about Alaska than I do since you grew up there, so I won't make any further suggestions...lol...;) Regardless, it is an amazing place. :) I can't wait to go to Hawaii though, I'm like a little (53 year old) girl waiting for Christmas morning to arrive...;) I have to say one more thing...you two have warmed my heart many times in your vlogs, keep loving life like you do, such positive attitudes are contagious, I'm betting that you make the days of many people better just by watching you two smile, giggle, and chat at us like we are standing right there with you. :) I, for one, appreciate you both! :)

Went there earlier this year on NCL Getaway but did not get to see Tortola at all. As soon as I got off the ship I got on a small boat that took me to Virgin Gorda for The Baths excursion. It was beautiful, the beach water and caves were amazing. When I go back I plan on going to smugglers cove, I believe its called, its a beach where there is only a shack selling drinks and not a lot of people go so it should be very quiet and relaxing. I've read it is also a great beach for snorkeling.

I just got off the Norwegian Getaway on Saturday (9/19/15) and we went to St. Thomas, Tortola and Nassau. My first ever cruise and I LOVED it!!! We took the Speedy's ferry over to Virgin Gorda and The Baths. It was a wonderful experience, and was also quite exhausting! We explored the caves, which could be a little treacherous at times, I highly recommend wearing water shoes if you have them. I didn't, so I had to go through barefoot, climbing rocks and climbing wooden stairs that were teeny tiny, all of which could be painful on your tootsies. Plus the trail leading back up from The Baths is quite rocky, steep, and riddled with cacti. The needles are everywhere. I think I stepped on a few as did my husband. Even though it wore me out, I loved the experience and getting to see how beautiful The Baths are. It made for some beautiful photos, even though it was overcast. I also fell in love with Norwegian. We had so much fun on the ship. I started watching your cruise vlogs to get an idea of cruising before the trip, and I remember seeing that you all are taking your first Norwegian cruise this fall on the new Escape, correct? I think you all will love it! We just loved the service we got and how friendly all the staff were. We never had a bad meal the entire time we were on the ship. The shows were very entertaining and we were never bored! I loved The Waterfront with the al fresco dining, bars and the seating areas that allowed you to just lounge on the deck and enjoy the sea. My husband says I've ruined him from cruising with anyone else! I'm trying to convince him that it is a genius idea to book yet another cruise on the Getaway in March for my birthday. We live in Kentucky, so the past three years it has been nothing but lots of snow and being stuck inside not celebrating. We'll see if he caves :) I just wanted to share a little of my experience and I hope you all enjoy your cruise with Norwegian as much as we did! I can't wait to see the vlog!! Keep it up ladies, you two are awesome!! :) ~Heather

Been to Tortola. Visited Jost Van Dyke cove (named after a female pirate, if memory serves). About 4 hours in a perfect cove for swimming, drinking, and having fun with the family. Lots of younger adults, but appropriate for family and older crowds.
