Good-Day Mate from Southern California .You really shocked me my-man. I was hoping you would be going to Vietnam some-time this year and there you were, on your way. I had to laugh when you said you were tired after a eight-hour flight. May-be you were overly ex-sided about this trip and that could wear you out some. Real happy for you my-man. Your smile is a mile long. So nice to see that. I use to go to Asia with a three to fourth hour lay-over in either Korea or Taiwan. Now that is a long flight. Can not handle that any-more. Now I either go non-stop or stay a day or two in that city. I am not to fond of flying my-self.After about five hours I am ready to dis-embark.Hard for me to sleep also. Vietnam has been on my buck-list for a long time now. I will get there soon I hope. Never thought Vietnam would have a place like walking-street in Thailand and the Philippines.Very good for their economy I am sure. When was the last time you were there? We have a-lot of Vietnam rest.here in L.A. I love the Pho.There is even one at one of the largest malls here Very popular here now. Large Vietnam population here. [ can-not wait to see the Mekong River and some of the area along it'. I would love to do a little fishing on that river if I go there. Can not go after the big ones now though. To old for that now. Keep it small. I know they have some really big fish in that river One of them I believe is a species of cat-fish. I think you and your friend will have a great time. She seems very nice. I will be watching your bargaining skills while you are there. You really impressed me in Thailand and the Philippines. I've been to VN 5x. I've visited hanoi all the way down to HCMC. I have seen Ho Chi Minh's preserved body, I climbed the black virgin mountain which is an hr from HCMC. Visited ha long bay and the restaurant where Obama visited and ate there with Anthony Bourdain, RIP, but the most memorable experience was visiting the abandoned waterpark in Hue, if you haven't been there, do yourself a favour and go there. I have family who live in HCMC in District 5 where a lot of Chinese/Vietnamese people live and most of which speak Cantonese. Anyway, I look forward to going back there for at least 2 weeks sometime this year. Enjoy your trip with your friend and stay safe and I look forward to your videos of VN.
