Living anywhere in North Spain would open a desire to walk the Camino, it is so beautiful, and you can only see some of the sights if you walk it!

The whole stretch where you're walking between the Picos and the ocean is amazing. It doesn't quite translate via photograph, but it's a stunning area.

We were trying to bring it closer for everyone with videos but it's just impossible! Videos just dont do its justice, its indeed the most beautiful area we walked through!

Hi Guys Loved the stunning viewpoints. Was Lana's worth the extra day? We like to explore interesting towns on our camino so appreciate your feedback on good 2 night places. Or even places you walked through without stopping. Looking forward to your next vid!!

We’re so glad you enjoyed and found the video helpful! I would definitely recommend staying in Llanes an extra day. It had beautiful beaches and a river right in the city and all of the amenities you could want (plenty of supermarket options, restaurants, nice accommodation available), as well as a very nice charm and culture to it. We also enjoyed Ribadesella and would have liked an extra day there. In hindsight, we would have walked through Portugalete instead of staying the night there. Too many places to note on this topic actually, we’ll have to make a separate video or blog post on it sometime! 😊

Thanks for the cool videos! When you get a chance, can you explain how you organise to get the daily stamps along the way? Is it a daily routine? Buen camino!

Hi, thank you for being with us 😊 Regarding stamps we don't organise it or anything, you will get a stamp where you sleep for the night always, and it's optional if you want to get it along the way. You can stop at open churches, you can ask one if you stop for a drink or eat something, you can basically have as much as you want! We were usually getting one per day in our albergues or hotels and entering last 100km we made sure to get 2-3 per day. Again it's up to you, you can ask at local shops, restaurants, tourist information centers, almost everyone will stamp your passport😊 If you have any more question will gladly help, Buen Camino 😊😊

Please update on where you are. I started the Norte early May and did 125 miles on it then switched to Inglese and did the entire route. Are you still walking?

We actually finished the Camino in late May! We were posting “live” from the field, but it became too much to keep up with at a certain point and we wanted to be fully present on our journey, so we are now catching up with the daily vlogs and still posting them 😊

Hi, thank you so much for the support and reaching out, we will gladly help! First we look at our guide book that we always have with us (amzn.to/3Pj8brC) this one right here, after that we check Gronze.com to see the latest accommodation changes (on gronze it's usually up to date) from there we will either call them personally, or have a look at the google maps for the property and from there google transfers you where you can book it the cheapest! We usually do this a day in advance since del Norte have less accommodation properties then other routes, and regarding the navigation we use the same guidebook which describes the route perfectly and there wasn't a single moment where we were questioning if we were on the right track, it explains the route, alternative route, where it splits, where there will be highway, factories,etc... If you have anymore question please will gladly help!
