I have the same M2C upgrades you suggested and I have to say I love my 4s Outcast!! I think it might be the best skatepark stunt truck basher out there. The backflips are effortless and it does wheelies for miles. I love watching your skatepark sessions because you have good flow and smooth transitions. Another great video and thanks for sharing!

Nice run! One of my favorite all time rigs, especially for the skatepark 😍 I used a metric o ring kit and basically "shimmed" all the plastic balls on the truck, really tightened up the steering and suspension 🤙

That brace saved a chassis and an outstanding bash. My Birthday is tomorrow and I got a new Kraton 4S Teal along with some fresh batteries. As soon as I'm able to walk again I'm definitely off to the Skatepark for a test. I might have to order a Motor and that chassis brake, I've smashed 3 chassis' so it might save me some Cash, looks very worthwhile. Great job and Happy Holiday to you and the family.

Hello again man, awesome video as usual! Apparently I can get an outcast v2.5 or a granite blx now. If I get the granite I will make it wider. So I guess I won’t get a grom atm haha. What’s your experience with the outcast and granite? I like to jump a lot and do flips. I also want my car to be durable and easy to work on since I don’t really like working on my cars. Which would you reccomend and why?

Thanks Brother 👊. The O4s is much larger than the Granite BLX even widened. Both are durable, easy to wrench on, and great stunters. The Granite is much more squirrelly due to its smaller size. It honestly comes down to preference and what size rig you're interested in. I can recommend both as solid performers.

I had a box of all the EXB parts from my 1st one and converted it from blx to EXB and put a xlx2 800kv combo in it with 30/30 1.5mod gears. The tires don’t like it 😂 later I’ll convert it to a Kraton but I’m gonna beat on it like this and preserve my fully built one

@@turbotodd69721 thank you Brother 🤗. I went with the same motor as my V1 K4s. It's a Hobbystar 3674 2650kv. The stock servo was still working, but started feeling kind of weak. I upgraded to a Power HD 23kg. It has a standard 25T spline, but the stock 23T servo saver/horn pushed on without issue. 🍻

You can use Kraton or Outcast 6s shocks. They aren't a must have upgrade, but are more durable and tunable vs the plastic stockers. Having threaded shock bodies is a must in my mind for fine tuning preload. 🤗

They criticised the metal chassis, stating plastic is better as it can flex. Arrma produces cars with a plastic chassis, people add metal braces to prevent flex. 🤷‍♂️

Metal chassis's are the most durable in my experience. Yes they can bend (especially if not true 7075 T6) but a bent chassis isn't run ending. When a plastic chassis fails, it can be instant game over. I've broken my XMaxx in half more than once. Flex is nice, but plastic has inherent limitations and will crack when stressed enough.
