I have both the 3s and 6s version!! Bought the 6S not 2 weeks after the 3S purchase!! Was just sick of breaking the plastic pieces all the time!! The 6s is a beast!! I’ve had some pretty serious crashes too and all I’ve done is bend a rear shock tower and a shock tower screw!! Arrma tough

Arrma has a pretty nice business model; sucker you in with low cost, cheap, built to fail models then sit back and wait for you to buy the 6s. Next they laugh as you spend even more money upgrading that one... Teckno just watches quietly shaking their head...

Nice Vid. Good info I’m upgrading my mega got the 3s version motor, motor mount and spur gear. Nice 32 pitch for durability. Didn’t realize those inputs and outputs were plastic deff upgrading those thanks. My only issue is the shocks real flimsy. Can’t handle the power.

i was going to buy on until i learn its plastic and ill not be paying 500 or what ever fer a 6s version. iol never use but 2s or 3s .just composite gears it just silly to me . i would just upgrade all to meat diffs its like 50 each and you be good heck i may get a roller but that be only way i buy one .nice rigs in the right set up .i only have is a few 1/10 imex samurai .aka vrx blast SCT .well and a imex vrx dart. i may just convert one SCT into a buggy

I've looked all over and I can't find any info on what's new or upgraded on the ARA4206V3. No, I didn't for this modification. However, right after making this video, the slipper clutch burned out on me. You can see it in this video - kzbin.info/www/bejne/l6qYg2uJd9Orq8k (I was later told to loosen up the slipper clutch if you upgrade to brushless) Afterwards, I replaced the spur & pinion to the same as the Arrma Granite 3S BLX gears and 3S BLX motor - (just posted an hour ago) kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z526foyFoM9mnsk It's running great now!!! There's only one INPUT gear. On the opposite, there are two 'output' gears. The output gears are plastic also but I haven't changed mine yet. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!!!" Lol, thanks for watching bro. Good luck!!!

Just bought a 3s and half way through my second battery while running on %75 speed it's making a wine somewhere in the rear.. Can anybody tell me what I may be? This is my first car. Thnx in advance

Sorry to hear about your car having issues on the second run. That noise could be a number of different things. Sounds like you pinion gear could be loose or stripped OR it could be a lack of oil in the rear differential. You'll have to do some troubleshooting and some research on how to fix. Since this video, I also upgraded the spur and pinion gear (no part numbers handy - sorry) to the same spur/pinion as the Arrma Granite 3S BLX.
