I keep on asking myself, Why on earth is the gap between the low paid (teachers, police, nurses, soldiers, just to mention a few) and the mps so wide?????? A single MP taking home salaries of 35 teachers is too much and theft. In Germany an MP takes home the salaries of ONLY, ONLY, ONLY 3 Primary school teachers, or 3 Police officers, or 3 bus drivers, 3 electricians, 3 shop attendants etc. Using this same formular a Kenyan mp is supposed to earn ONLY 3 times more than a primary school teacher which will be around Kshs. 120K per month. Why 1 million????? and on top they stll receive sitting allowance, entertainment allowance!!!?????
