The manager should have told her she would get a refund and a coupon for a free croissant. No manger should fire someone over an honest mistake because a customer is not happy. Firing people just makes Karens think they have the power to demand anything and get away with it. Also nursing homes are for people who can no longer function on their own. She had every right to be angry at her son. I am glad she finally accepted her son's apology. Hopefully he learned his lesson.

Yeah I can understand your feelings. However, there are times in life that we need to reflect. I know this may sound difficult to do for some. But, forgiving others for mistakes they made, will have a very beautiful result later on in life. Trust me, I've 'been there'. I am now 60 yrs old and in my younger days I was very bold and arrogant. I was not sensitive to others. But, one day, God sent 'Gabi' to me... and it changed my whole life forever. I am a very happy person now. Probably waiting for my number to be called up... Be forgiving...
