She didn't even allow him to touch her. On the other hand the employee took his hands off from the actress. Did you notice that? He never cheated his wife. But yeah since the promotion was stranded because of his boss racist attitude he was obliged to do so. Alternatively he could have left the job rather than working for a racist employer to get a promotion. He was remorseful for that. That doesn't mean he stopped loving his wife even she was black. The fact that the husband stood up for his wife in the end and apologized to her, not caring who heard him or saw him, proved how sorry he was. It takes a lot for someone to put their pride aside for a moment to be humble and apologetic of something they did wrong. I'm not saying to get rid of your pride, but definitely temper it with humbleness and truth. Don't become arrogant, because that is when your pride will become your downfall.

Not only sneaky but racist and an opportunist also, if he really love his wife he wouldn't hide her.

Have you ever had to provide for a family? In a capitalist society Tou do what you have to do in order to keep a roof over your head. The men at the top are mostly all racists. The 1 percent run and own everything.

@@stephaniemoore8013 Don’t bother. Some people live in a fairy tale world without an idea about the struggles of getting a job.

@evonza4858 - We're human beings, not cyborgs. None of us are perfect. We all put on different masks which vary depending on who we're with. It's human nature. What Michael did was misguided and wrong on every level, but he did it to get a better position at work to be able to provide a better future for him, Josie and the family they may go on to have. It doesn't mean for a second that he doesn't love her, or that he's racist. Rightly or wrongly, it's all to do with survival.
