One of my favorite games to play at the Ice Palace in Honolulu, Hawaii. I never liked to skate but they had some great games plus it was nice temperature.

Based upon the 1991 movie of the same name form TriStar Pictures starring the late Robin Williams and Dustin Hoffman. The arcade version is a side scrolling beat 'em up that supports up to 4 players. The player chooses to play as either Peter Pan or one of The Lost Boys: Ace, Pockets, Thudbutt or Rufio, either together or alone. Journey through Neverland and fight against a variety of attacking enemies in your quest to rescue Peter Pan's children from Captain Hook and his pirates. The game is played across 6 stages. The game is similar to Irem's own Undercover Cops. Irem developed, published, distributed and released its arcade version of Hook in March 1993 (although the game has 1992 copyright on title screen) and official licensed by Sony Imagesoft, Inc. "Music composed and conducted by John Williams" "Music published by Triple Star Music, Inc. (BMI)"

Invidente7 When Peter was training and jogging around the Lost Boys hideout, he passes through a snowy area. If memory serves, there were a few penguins there.

I'm pretty sure any copy of this game should be 4 player. You need to press tab and go to the dipswitch menu to change the cabinet type from 2 player to 4 player.

If you play it via emulator, like Mame, press the tab button from your computer keyboard to access of the menu. Then go to the switch setting and change it for 4 players. Make sure to restart the machine once you change it by pressing F3.

I think the rom you already have has a 4p mode. Try pressing the TAB key while the game is running, then go to dipswitches, change 2p to 4p and then hit reset (F3).

Noobs. I only use pocket i can clear the all the stage boss then back again level 1 without dying even one life, do all over again until im boring because this game will repeat all the stage once u beat hook. Non of the player here even know how to use jump then super move U dont throw your friend like that. If u catch your friend u just jump and dont push any button, so they dont cut the life bar If someone throw u before u reach the ground u push both jump and attack button it will perform the super move And u wasted the bee nest. That can use against the boss, go near him (almost catch distance) then throw it, even hook will instantly from 100% to 10% left his lifebar if u can do it right.

And non of u using pocket? He is the fastest and most tricky character in this game. But if non of u knew how to jump + AB do the super move you wont be able to win this game without continue U see when u die and reenter the screen with special move eg penguin with “yahoooo”, that can be replicated again and again. That is the jump + super move

Wow, finally I saw a comment who knows this game more than most people. You are so right about Pocket being tricky, not to mention he is overpowered, the jump and attack combination is super dedly, another powerfull atack is grab and toss the opponents when they are in a bunch. The hive is like a nuke in this game ! Ace Rufio and Thudbutt are so slow and without range so beating game using them seems impossible to me. I want to make a video about this game, it has many secrets. Yesturday I uploaded video about my discovery, the first boss, cheff, can be killed by Peter Pan in less than 10seconds. And you can juggle him too, he will bounce back off that wall behind him if you measure the distance.
