Father Dyer: "Do you have a favourite picture?" University President: "The Fly." Personally, it's still the only film that terrifies me this day. The claustrophobic atmosphere throughout the whole film just unsettles me and all the religious iconography is something that's always got to me. Plus, it's got the greatest jump scare in history! The build up to which is perfection. Hope you like the theatrical cut when you watch it. I just wish they could get better source material to finish the Legion cut for reasons I won't say until you've seen the theatrical cut!

@BluRayDisplay haha I would go far to say I prefer this over the original film. It's so well shot. Even down to that opening scene of the camera moving down that street with the soundtrack. I know exactly the jumpscare you mean. I don't think any horror film has come close to the perfect one. Gave it a watch on Tuesday. The only thing I liked about it was you saw more of Karras, unlike the Legion cut, but the Legion cut explains the hell of a lot more. Plus Brad Dourif!

@@professionalunboxings Great line that! 🤣 Oh so do I! Glad you said that because people think I'm nuts for that! Oh heck yeah, that opening with the low down hum just going and going is terrifying! My man! Aaron, I would marry you for this..... 🤣🤣🤣 Oh good! Brad Dourif just kills every scene! How did you find the tacked on ending? I actually don't mind it much but Legion is smoother, in my opinion.
