Thank goodness for internet... I shouldn't HAVE to search for an instructional video on how to load a darned staple gun but this one had me befuddled, and NO diagram or instructions on the package. And what's with that black plastic strip that came out? Do I need to put it back in? Right now it's left out and the gun seems to be working fine. I was close to chucking this TT21 in the garbage and going to back to Lowe's to buy the "pro" version. Now that its loaded and I see the proper direction to work the thing (and again, no explanatory diagram with the unit) I'll try it and see how I actually like it after a few uses

I love y'all for making this short helpful video. Short of instructions, I was trying to load the staples from INSIDE the unit! It made sense to me at the time. Thanks for the video. 10/10

Hope you'll find it easy to use. Forward-action staplers do work a little differently than conventional manual staplers.

Beware! Although most Arrow JT21 staples come in strips of 100, the strips in the JT21 “Multipack”, containing 625 each of three different leg lengths, each have 125 staples! So if your problem is that a full-length strip won’t fit in the magazine, check that your strips aren’t more than 100 staples. You’ll need to break off around an inch of the 125 strip, and then it will fit. (You could eyeball about 1/4 of the strip to break off to be sure it’s less than 100.)

1/4 6MM does not work with this unit! It jammed inside and I had to disassemble the whole unite to get them out.

Hey there. Sorry to hear this! Are you sure you used JT21 staples, and not our more popular T50 staples? This tool will only work with JT21 staples.

Bought it and staples. Loaded, no workee. Watched the video. Did it correctly. No workee. Took it back got a new one - no workee. Not brain surgery here. Why wouldn't it work?

So do T50 staples not work on this only JT staples?

Correct. The TT21 will only work with JT21 staples.

It is backed by our warranty, so you should be able to simply exchange it at the retailer where you purchased it or call us at 800-776-2228. ... Please make sure when you were trying to load your stapler that you were using JT21 staples and not T50 staples.

Please give us a call at 800-776-2228. If your tool is defective, we can help you obtain a replacement under the warranty. Be sure you're using JT21 staples and not T50 staples.
