Both Tom Cavanagh and Matt Letscher look pretty redicioules in the suit when it doesn't vibrate (as was shown on The Flash 1x22 and 2x11). That's because of the shape of their faces and their overall look, which looks pretty bad when it is wrapped up by that suit. So the red eyes won't improve it

Honestly, the main reason I want Savitar to come back in some form or another is so we can see that cool as hell suit again on-screen. I imagine Savitar would come back not as the Savitar we fought but as another possible result of Barry Allen screwing up in some way. Maybe some possible future where Barry goes paranoid after losing all his friends to the Crisis or something, to make Savitar this looming threat to keep Barry in line or whatever.

I like Slade's costume the most. I love the diversity of colours, the use of a strap with grenades and all the body protection. The diversity of colour and things the costume is able to carry with is close to that of a soldier.
