Arroz Caldo Recipe perfect for any day!| Chef Tatung

It’s been raining a lot lately, and I've been craving something to warm me up. This Arroz Caldo - a classic Filipino comfort food, or as other people call it, Pospas, is incredibly popular. It’s a convenient and delicious go-to dish for chilly days or simply craving for a bowl of hearty meal.
Ingredients:
2 cups regular rice
1 cup Malagkit rice
1/4 cup Ginger
1 pc. Onion
4 cloves Garlic
700g. Chicken Leg Quarter
1 pc. Maggi Magic Chicken Cubes
6 cups Water
Add your cooked rice
Season with White pepper
1 pc. Onion
1/4 cup Ginger
1 cup Squid Ball
150g. Shrimp
2 pc Salted egg
6 Cups Shrimp heads broth
1 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
1 sachet Maggi Magic Sarap
Add your cooked rice
Season with black pepper
Garnish
Salted egg
Fried garlic
Hard-boiled egg
Calamansi
