It's so funny how newbies struggle with him so much especially with the surprise phase 3, then over time he just ends up being one of the easiest and fastest weekly bosses to beat in the whole game.

Well, dont forget that bossfight was bugged some time so boss had bigger hp pool and also damage was nerfed into ground.

Because they just nerf him so much because of the community. I like the original one where you could feel the real Boss battle. Boss battles should be difficult but for some reason playerbase didn't like that. Only in Genshin where boss battles are just punching bag, damage calculator, and dies in two hits.
