Thanks for the coconut oil suggestion, which I’m going to try. I’ve been chewing xylitol gum, which is helping a lot, but only as long as I’m chewing it.

Mouth breathing when sleeping can be the cause. Try taping your mouth shut with a Tape for sensitive skin. There are a lot of people who do this

I don’t have dry mouth during the day but my mouth goes completely dry while I sleep every night. Dry mouth toothpastes and mouthwashes last a very short time and then my mouth is dry again. I need a product/solution that lasts all night so i can get a full nights sleep

The 2 drugs mentioned seem to be prescription only and each has significant side effects. I have tried the advice about using sesame oil and I have to say, I thng this will work for me. My problem is I have a very dry sensation in my mouth but there is no problem producing saliva. My dentist confirmed this also. No doc I have asked so far can figure it out.

A Chinese Herbal Specialist told me to rub my tongue circular around the top and bottom of my mouth at the front of teeth. This will produce salvia. Works for me but I have to do it often. Even my lips are dry. I'm sure it's one medication causing it and a tooth sensitivity toothpaste. Thank you for the new info for us. Hope you all get relief as it is not a pleasant feeling.
@sweetbeepАй бұрын
@@sharon70418 thank you. Surely you can taper off those phar,ma drugs. Most chronic conditions have a solution (the doctors won't know, you gotta search it out for yourself or go to another type of practitioner)

Good morning Doctor. I see this as being nothing more than a milk issue. What percentage works best for you. In between is bottled water. Mouth breathing is a fact. Do not do it. I’m obviously not a Dr. For that reason I will not comment on medical issues. Lose weight and your dehydration issues will be reduced to a minimum. My girlfriend is a pole dancer and she’s a firm believer in acupuncture.
@ArsalanAspires9 ай бұрын
Good Morning to You! I always appreciate your feedback. Yes one way they are linked is that Obesity is a significant risk factor for obstructive sleep apnea, a condition characterized by disrupted breathing during sleep, which can lead to dry mouth in the mornings. Yes, why not be open to acupuncture, if it works, great, if not, thats okay, on to the next solution.

I went ahead and go'ogled the latest by Cynthia Yulesin and after 72 hours I now sweat like a “normal” person lol
