Not to mention Silva was still writhing on the ground, so Trossard wasn't delaying anything anyways. And now we're talking about 3 and 7 dropped points, instead of 1 and 3 dropped points. No complaints about today, it was a horrible showing and a deserved red. But this is exactly why Arsenal fans have been so upset, because in the case of legitimate slips, it's now compounded and affects the season exponentially more. TBH I still think we're in ok shape though. This is going to make the redemption arc so much sweeter...lol...

As a Spurs supporter who enjoys watching football, I must say the recent red cards, including Declan Rice’s for kicking the ball away and especially this latest one, have been absurd. It honestly feels like something odd is going on. Arsenal have certainly faced a few tough decisions recently, and today’s match seemed particularly unlucky. If the incident had been closer to the goal, a red card might have made sense, but considering how far away it was, the play could have developed in various ways, with Ben White likely getting involved. However, I don’t think Arsenal have been at their best this season. Many of their victories have been scrappy and unconvincing, and it seems like they’ve regressed somewhat.
