Atalanta can't be underestimated. Saka will play both games this week. When it comes to CL football, the first few games are vital to accumulate as many pts as possible, and especially so with the new format changes. I understand the sentiment in protecting Saka, but its early in the season so there is no reason to leave him out atm. I'd actually like to see Sterling start over Martinelli, Jesus over Havertz, but Saka has to play because he usually scores or creates. Hopefully, we can win comfortably then sub Saka off to rest.

As much as the players need to be rested, in truth most players want to play champions league football. That is what every top player is looking for, to play in the UCL. So we rest our best players they will be frustrated.
