Bentley was a goalkeeper for my local side Southend United many years ago when I was a kid and even back then it was common knowledge he would end up in the premier league. His career has been a journey but I have no doubt he will be an exceptional number 2 if that was to happen for Arsenal.

Defence wins titles...... We don't need a world class winger, Saka is already world class Martinelli can be once he gets back on form. If we keep partey and he stays fit this season then we don't need a starting number 8 as we would have a midfield 3 of partey, rice and Odegaard. The only place we need to sign a world class player is striker and there is not a Huge number of world class strikers at the minute to get.

The team that usually scores the most amount of goals wins the league. I look at draws like defeats, a draw is always 2 points dropped. If you don’t lose a game all season and draw them you get 38 points which can get you relegated, win you win half and lose half you get 57 points which can get you Europa league. Maybe growing up watching Wenger’s league winning teams has made me spoilt but I’m always about attacking football, scoring goals, and trying to win games over making yourself hard to beat first and being defensive

Arteta has seen to win the league you need to start by having a very solid defence which we have now but players like kiwior and zinchenko are still liabilities at times when they have to come in to cover so more than likely calafiori is replacing one of them.

I would not buy Chiesa. I think Arsenal should make a swap deal for Areola and Kudus to Arsenal. Ramsdale and F. Vieria plus money to West Ham. Why not buy Gyökeres. Sell Smith-Rowe and Jesus to other club then Sporting. Swap deal - E. Eze and J. Andersen from Palace to Arsenal. And sell Nketiah, N. Tavares and R. Nelson plus money to Palace. Plus buy Y.
