Hey Charles,thanks for the reply and yes i am a big Calafiori fan 😂! The Calafiori saga seems to move on bit by bit everyday as Italy are out of the Euros. Romano reported that Arteta and the hierarchy of Arsenal likes Calafiori and approved the deal. Reports from Italy also suggest that the transfer fee is a bit much to Juventus and Juve is considering alternative targets. I don't think signing Calafiori will overdo the squad. Signing him means we can move Kiwior to his more natural left cb role as a backup to Gabriel.We will have a complete double squad of defence! Although i do agree that either Kiwior or Zinchenko should be sold.

Top tier content as always, Charles. Reports doing the rounds again, this time confirmed by TNAT that Arsenal are lining up a move for a German international after the Euros. I also saw a video from a luxury car dealer, having a call with an agent about bringing a German’s cars over to the UK as the footballer is moving to Arsenal. At the time I didn’t believe that, but TNATs report has made me think it’s real! Given that, which German would you like to see join us? My personal opinion, in a dream world it’s Jamal Musiala, but I think the signs point to Joshua Kimmich. I know you weren’t sold on it and I can see why, but the more I think about that level of IQ and experience in Arteta’s midfield (or defence), the more I like it.

Charles, there was something that TNAT mentioned in your last show together about Nketiah and Balogun which made me think. He said that the reason we got the money we did for Flo was because he pretty much set Ligue 1 alight, which forced any clubs hand who wanted him to pay a premium. Given that, and given the fact that we’re all sure Nketiah will do extremely well for a club like Palace of Fulham, is it possible to loan him out, with the view of selling him the following season? Quite like we did with Joe Willock as well, him having a great season would force prem clubs to pay a pretty penny for him, considering what he’s already worth. I understand the player would have to sign off on the move as well, but it surely is something worth considering, don’t you think?

The locatelli comparison isn't a good one because arsenal wasn't playing champions league football at that time and wasn't challenging for titles either. Juventus was the best team in serie a as well. Big difference now.

Why do we keep saying we need to sell when arteta has indicated before we need 2 players for each position. We have 7 defenders now and we need an extra one. Arsenal don’t need to sell

With the potential purchase of Raya, Arteta would’ve spent £601.11M. I’ll explain why arsenal will potentially only spend £120M-£150M this summer with a bunch of sales. Arsenal do have money but if you have basic understanding of the accounting side of football then you’ll understand what I mean. Arsenal’s 2year previous year losses come together at £97.6M only £7.4M from PSR breaching. In recent reports Reiss, ESR, & Nketiah have been put on for sale + Patino doesn’t want to play for arsenal next season and Biereth is unlikely to play so to calculate the fees we’ll get for them go to football observatory as it’s a website that judge’s players market value based on science. All of that combined comes roughly to £73M and thanks to Swiss ramble for Arsenal’s financial accounts you subtract the easiest form of profit of the players by 2 year’s total loss cause we want to know how much arsenal can spend split into amortization which is roughly £24.2M. Then multiple by 5 to get the budget cause most player contracts are 5 years which is £121M. In amortization you add the transfer fee + wage fee then divide by 5 to get the value Arsenal will put in their accounts. So if arsenal were to sign Isak they would not only go over the losses in the accounts but they’d be short of a CM & RW. There Arsenal need to be smart this window and also explains why they didn’t sign and haven’t signed Raya yet cause the financial year for football clubs end on June 30. £27M+(85,000*4*12[to get his yearly pay])=£31.08M/5= £6.216M which is £1.184M below PSR which is risky

Is Califiori that much of upgrade over Kiwior who already proved himself in PL? Kiwior is "work and progress" player but there are clearly signs of improvement and he made an impression of intelligent chap (at least he looks like one).

Thanks Charles. On the Calafiori interest, I think we do need him and contrary to what most people think, Arsenal are still a little short at the back. White/Tomiyasu (Right Backs), Saliba/Timber (Right centre backs), Gabriel/Kiwior (Left CBs) and Zinchenko (the Only left back). Just because Timber and Tomiyasu can play at Left back doesn't make it most. Even Zinny and Kiwior stays, I'll still take Calafiori. Luckily, we were almost just shy of a defensive crisis last season and if Saliba or Gabriel had picked up anything long-term, it'd have been curtains on any potential title challenge. Let's not take our luck too far this coming season more so when you know both Zinny and Tomi will probably always be unavailable for long periods of time.

Go get it done edu you have plenty of players who are on daft contracts currently sat doing nothing for the club. I have posted this comment in a previous video but it wasn’t read. I’ll paste it again. Please guys, can we talk about Calafiori and how he might be a market available answer to the left side permanently. IMO this is the best opportunity to transform arsenal’s left hand side that I have seen this summer. Imagine what his ability to make the overlapping run for Martinelli would mean. With this arrangement, I would be comfortable playing Rice as an 8 for the season knowing he will occupy the deepest position within the left triangle (with occasional switches with the rest of the left triangle) giving Calafiori and Martinelli the chance to be at their best while interchanging with each other. The potential of this signing makes me excited. We could also see a situation where Timber could be a healthy backup while he recovers and Tomi’s minutes managed to improve his availability. The deal is very possible as we have had previously dealings with Bologna. We could also see Timber try at left 8 with this signing, who knows 😅.

All the talks about replacing a backup CB, meanwhile signing NOBODY to strengthen us. 1 backup keeper otw and that’s it… I have a growing feeling this is going to be a hugely disappointing window. Saliba did one big error that could lead to goal but Hernandez saved him. I don't think he is comfortable playing at the left side center back. The same goes for Havertz, I don't think he is goal scorer and Arsenal must sign number 9 who can score 20-25 goals because Havertz is not going to score that much goal.

People keep using this "world class" to describe players and debating is this player or that player "world class", there is no arguement or debate : if you play for your country you are world class, simple!!
