That's right. The ref had disallowed his previous goal immediately before for the free kick being taken from the 'wrong' distance IIRC. Amazing but, like his back-heeled goal against Charlton (IIRC) while being pulled down; an often overlooked moment.

Creator of the video eluded to some reasons. Viera had left and we had a teenage fabregas in midfield. Where his technical ability enabled us to control European matches,,, mid table PL teams began to out muscle us ,, aka kick the s*** out of us. Also our back 4 was constantly being switched up due to constant injuries im pretty sure even ljunberg had to play RB one match ,,,, sol Campbell was having disagreements with Wenger and rice also. Chelsea and drogba were becoming a thing, Man U and ronaldo were becoming a thing.

As an Arsenal fan I have no idea about this bs corruption in the CL final. Arsenal simply didn’t win. Lehman shouldn’t have taken down Eto’o and let the goal in and we would have 11 players. Henry missed so many chances in that final so he should take a lot of the blame although he is not the only player in the team the amount of chances he has he should have put away one of them at least and arsenal would have been 2 maybe 3-0 up. It’s very sad because even with 10 men still in the game, Arsenal defended really well that Barca didn’t really have many chances. We made Ronaldinho look amateur in this game. But winning is winning and Barcelona won the game at the end of the day and deserved it.

Because Arsenal always pretend they're the victims. They scored 2 illegal goals in a 2-2 draw vs ManUtd April 2003 to ManUtd's 2 legitimate goals and were still the team complaining about decisions because they were given a deserved red card near the end for an elbow on player's face 🤔

Unless you were living under a rock back then, you would have noticed that Lehmann being sent off was a blunder of catastrophic proportions for which that dimwit referee even apologised later on. Now, picture the alternative 11 v 11 of Barcelona vs Arsenal and nobody would have fancied Barca to break that water tight Arsenal defence down. Thats why it is a robbery in every single way despite the whataboutery you tried with your tangential narrative

I'm spanish and I hope any of arsenal fans are sad about this match. We have an ugly league with a lot of corruption and interests in the same 2 teams wining always, so they can have a lot of braindead people buying their overpriced shirts and seats in stadiums, to watch the same guys that later don't even pay taxes, just to make some business man with a lot of corruptions scandals (presidents of madrid and barcelona) even richer. This is a business, but as a spanish guy I can tell you that people with more than 12 years old still supporting teams like Madrid or Barcelona, they are not really clever or they don't know in the kinf of world we live in.
