The only question mark over Podence is his attitude. So long as his head's in the right place, then he'll be a welcome return and addition to the squad. The guy is class. Hopefully Guedes moves to Villarreal or wherever, and we manage to get a decent chunk of the money back. As for Silva, god alone knows. He obviously needs to leave asap, but we probably can't get close even to recouping $10M. Just got to suck that one up unfortunately.

Enjoy your holiday Dave! Let's tell Arsenal they can have a dozen first team shirts and a free pennant for that price! If they don't meet our valuation then we should keep Dan. He's not let us down when we've used him. It would be good to hear positive news on Mosquera, especially if we don't land an entirely new centre-back. I worry that if Boubacar, Chiquinho and Hugo Bueno go that we'll end up with a thin squad again when we get the inevitable injuries and suspensions. Especially if some of our big stars are torn away from Molineux. I would assume that both Guedes and Silva are now dead ducks as far as Wolves are concerned. Thanks for the updates Dave, especially with you being on hols. One defender you didn't mention this time round is Nico Elvedi, any light emerging on that one? Otherwise, can't really see Podence coming back from Olympiacos, Guedes simply never happened for us and is unlikely to, and, Silva, sad one this, would have liked to see him being successful at Wolves, just too many impediments almost from the word go to now. He would be an expensive understudy to Strand Larson, so again, he may have to kick start his career elsewhere - but wasn't he successful at PSV the season before last? Bring us back a bit of sun. As much as podence did have an attitude. I do have some sympathy, since nuno left, the atmosphere around the squad hasn't been the best. With a poor transfer strategy, Bruno lages poor robotic man management, to a a period with no manager, sitting bottom of the league, to lopetegui who was a stropey dictator. All the while podence was one of the few players scoring. From his perspective it must have felt like a chaotic mess. We've all had jobs where management was clueless, and we've all moaned about it - and that's what wolves have been for a while. But with matt hobbs and Gary O'Neil. They've really steadied the ship and the atmosphere is far more positive. You can see it in the players facial expressions and body language. In this sort of environment we might be able to see a different podence? And maybe he's seen that to too and asked to be involved? Not saying podence didn't help matters at times, but the wolves team as a whole hasnt been in the best place up until recently.

Never been totally convinced by Podence, which seemed justified when he ditched us to go to Olympiacos. Always saw him as a poor man's Diogo Jota. I would like to see him back only if he is properly dedicated to the cause. Very disappointed to see Kilman leave. Think he was under appreciated by many Wolves fans. P.S. Please stop saying 'obviously' as it's driving me mad. Your sentences would make perfect sense without saying 'obviously' all the time. Listen to your report and count how many times you say it. You're not the worst by any means but it's a disease that needs stamping out.
