Absolute madness extending Eidevall's contract when they did. Should have let it expire and got in a decent manager to build the team around the best player, Miedema. Sorry, but you don't know what you're talking about. chelsea and City both had more players on the books than Arsenal, and Beth, Viv, Leah, Laura and Teyah missed large chunks of the season with ACLs, Jen went in January to join Bay FC, Amanda has been out since Janiary with pregnancy and Lotte and Lia missed a lot of April and May. Squad depth and injury has been a real problem all season.

@@CatGPT_ We didn't have a backup for right back when both Laura & Teyah were out with their ACLs. We only had Noelle for months until Foxy arrived, and then he let Noelle go to Villa so we only had Foxy. We even saw Chloe and McCabe fill in there at times. At left wing, the backup was Lina, more elusive that Boris's "40 new hospitals". That's why we've seen Chloe, our right-footed right wing, so often used there, out of position.

I think it was right to let Viv go - she's said time and again recently that she doesn't want to be a No 11, in which case you ask which midfielder you'd drop to play Viv, Kim, Vic or Kyra, and you can see why if was a problem. Her value over the years has been from being the 11 and scoring goals, but if she doesn't want to do that, her value is clearly diminished. The one we shouldn't have let go was Sabs. She made saves against Brighton that our other keeper woud have let in. Goalkeeping is a problem that needs fixing.
