Love these BTS videos, they really give you the impression that Edu and Mikel actually run things and are involved, Edu brings him in, Mikel takes him further to do the medical, Edu takes care of the family, it's a small thing but you never think of those micro-encounters when you think of transfers. Just feels like a very 'homey' atmosphere. Welcome JT!!

Those late Wenger years was painful to watch on the pitch but we didn't know that 3 of those in those teams would actually be catalyst to us awakening. Arteta, Mertesacker & Wilshere - Nowhere near among our best players in history but they definitely are Gunners through & through.

@@ZauchiI wouldn’t say those players specifically were why we weren’t good enough, they actually saw some us come back to a bit more success. They could definitely play a part in a successful team. We had periods where our attack was good but defensively not good and vice versus in other times, for several years we never had all the pieces and we’d sell our best players.

In these times you need your best players available all the time (except for minor knocks which might keep them out for a game of two). We've had several players in the past whose long term injuries held us back and it has cost us dearly.

What we're seeing (even though it's sport) is a lesson in corporate etiquette. First impressions make a thousand impressions, I'd love a psychologist to break down this video.
