1. Therapy is wonderful and I encourage it for everyone, regardless of how much you think you have your act together. But fear of failure is actually extremely common for American Desis because of the pressure from our parents who left everything they knew to make better opportunities for us. I’m sure it’s true of other cultures as well- but it’s super pervasive in ours. 2. I’m not even vegetarian and veggie sushi is what I order. It’s so good!

Omg that assumption about desserts was SO true. Even I dont think I've seen arshia eat "traditional desserts" I mean I've seen her eat and talk about nuts dipped in chocolate or general dessert-ish foods but never chocolate cakes ice cream or cookies lmao. Biggest piece of advice I can share would be to consider freezing your eggs if you wanna wait a few more years to have kids. Getting pregnant unfortunately doesn't always just happen when you want it to, could take quite some time :/ ❤️❤️❤️
