Finally speaking out about my life threatening illness.

This is something I never wanted to film because I hate talking about this part of my life and I hate for people to feel sorry for me. I felt really uncomfortable filming this and pouring my heart out to you guys and being so serious because I HATE being serious I love being how I am online, being rebellious, loud mouthed, fun, happy to be around sortve vibe, and sharing this really took alot out of me to do, only my very near and dear know this stuff about me. Mia doesn't even understand it tbh... She knows I am unwell but she doesn't know the depth of what I have etc. It's only really my mum and boyfriend that know the ins and outs of what I have.
I think one important thing I forgot to share in this video is that this disease that I have DOES NOT define me!! I don't want to be that sick kid on the internet with a kidney disease... I NEVER want to be refered to as that because I am SO much more than that!!! I hate glorifying what I have but I really thought about this for a long time and I hope this finally gives you guys closure and that you now know what to expect from me from the distant future with the changes i'm going to be going through.
News and media outlets please do not bother messaging me and asking for an interview about this, i decline all of them. it's not that i dont want to help its just that i dont want to be the face of something im not fully invested in because i spend every minute of my life trying not to think about what i have and feeding into the disease and thinking about it only just glorifies it and it will make me extremely unhappy to be a poster face kid using me and my disease to make money out of it. its just wrong. that's just my opinion anyway.

Man I have watched you for years and always admired you for being one tough cookie. I have a chronic liver disease. Im scared out of my mind to start treatment. My younger sister has psioratic arthritis (another autoimmune disease) and a bunch of other fun things and you described the immune depression, the medication reliance, the reluctance to tell people due to not wanting to sound attention seeking, medication related weight gain, changing medication complications, BASICALLY EVERYTHING YOU DISCUSSED was done amazingly and so genuinely. I'm so thankful you filmed this! I've been diagnosed with adrenal insufficiency a year ago and it kind of reminds me of what you're going through. Obviously these are two different illnesses and situations but mine is really unheard of too and there's not much information on it. I've been taking steroids to keep me alive and I've put a lot of weight really quickly (especially on my face which i hate) alongside tons of different side effects. I know that those of us on prednisone usually have to stay on it because every human body produces about 7 percent of it or so, but people on the drug stop producing it completely and can't live without any in their system. Getting off of it takes so much time uggh. I have been on the stuff for over ten years too, and this video just taught me a couple of things..never knew about those possible mood swings, dark thoughts, and insomnia..so much makes sense now! I just found your channel, when I was 13 I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder, I had to do chemo and I was taking prednisone also. Because of the prednisone, the blood flow was blocked off to my hips and the bones died and deteriorated so I had to get them replaced. I also went into stage 3 kidney failure. And now I look back on it, the feeling of just wanting to give up because there is an overwhelming amount of stress being thrown at you. And I look at where I'm at now, and I'm so blessed. Everything I've gone through and am going through has built me up to unbelievable strengths. You are awesome girl!! It is so awesome to hear someone talk about something like this, that they too have experienced. I don't even know if you'll see this but you rock! Don't let people's judgments tear you down.♡

You're strong Caito! Keep your head up and remember you're always beautiful inside and out. And seriously your mental health and physical health is way more important than posting a video everyday. We all want you to be happy and healthy and if you need to take a break then do that! Also I took prednisone for extreme physical allergies, I mean like the sun would shine on my face and the heat from the sunlight would make me sneeze, or like putting my feet on the cold floor in the morning when I got out of bed would make me sneeze like consistently 100 times a day. I was only on it for a month or so and it helped but it literally made me feel terrible. I was either manic and happy or hella depressed. Hope everything pulls through for you and your grams. I’m so thankful for you deciding to do this video. I was on prednisone an uncountable amount of times over 3 years to treat “hives” since it wasn’t officially diagnosed as anything and I experienced the same things. Although it’s horrible to hear, I’m glad that someone who went through this was willing to speak up. I thought I was the only one who had such an adverse reaction because that is what I was told. Thank you for sharing.
