Hello sir, I have a question to ask. I'm a class 12 pass out with PCM and currently in college. I want to be a ham operator, so, I started studying the syllabus of ASOC exam, and it is alright. The question is, I'm from J&K and the nearest ham operator I have will be in Delhi, so will I be fine with a restricted grade license, and will I be able to make contact to rest of ham operators in our India and abroad, as the restricted grade limits my power input and frequencies (not understanding it 100% though)?
