i m dying soon i believe anyway this interview very helpful thank you hope i can remain in thukdam because 2019 i experience clear light state mind for minute when i m listening to sogyal rinpoche teaching on nature of mind and 2006 i experience jangchup sam for 10 days after watching ponlop rinpoche teaching call (compassion without limit) at the time i drink alcohol and smoke weed often but nothing can make me drunk or high during this period so feel lucky i get to experience these. now last two years because holiness keep saying importance of emptiness i m trying to get close as possible to emptiness and understand. my way studying 1hold your awareness softly 2 keep six sense vibration low 3 understand emptiness nothing to grasp. and my name is namgyal wisdom i may sound crazy to lots you but i don't think i m one haha i hope i m not living delusional life kunchok khen
