Art Deco Amethyst Wishbone Pendant: A Silversmithing Tutorial

This video shows the steps to making a fun Art Deco-ish Amethyst Pendant. This is an intermediate level project. For materials, I used 18 (1.02 mm), 16 (1.3 mm), and 14 gauge (1.6 mm) sterling round wire, 10 gauge (2.59 mm) sterling square wire, 22 gauge (.66 mm) sterling sheet, and 3/16 inch (4.76 mm) fine silver bezel strip in 26 gauge (.41 mm). As always, I use hard silver sheet solder and a liquid flux.

Another great design! ... And I have another newbie question :) How much clean up do your bezels usually require so you don't see any seams or defects? I've fallen into the habit of cutting my bezels from 26 GA sheet. Silver is thick enough for me to sand/polish away any defects. However, this approach is rather time consuming. I'm guessing there's a better approach that's quicker and more efficient.
