Bonjour, compatriote!

Talk about chalk and cheese! The different energies between the two units was clear. Do be careful Paul....there were medi swabs in the open top drawer of the wardrobe in the first bedroom and as you panned left on the top of the wardrobe, there was an empty syringe packet. Possibly indications of intravenous drug use. It could explain the lack of care and neglect ..... or just typical squatter chaos. 🤗

This is a really unique looking style of house but it is very nice on both the outside and inside unlike the ones in the rural areas this house is in a busy area with a lot of houses and buildings around it but i really like this style and look of it the yard was very nice as well the grass needs to be mowed though and I just hope that they do something worthwhile with the property this was yet another great episode and the other side which had things left behind in it was quite a sight, have a great week and can't wait for the next episode and the next abandoned house Thanks.🇦🇺🇦🇺🤟🇦🇺🇦🇺

Hi Paul The difference between these 2 apartments is like night and day. At least the people in the first one took all of their belongings and left the place sort of clean. It seems like the people in the second apartment left all the toys and Barbie dolls behind. What did you mean they left in a hurry? Were the police after them or maybe bill collectors. I think you upset all those birds. They were quite vocal when you were outside but when you went in they stopped. Maybe you were close to their nests. After demolition do you know what they will build there? Nice work Paul. You always give us your best. Stay safe and well. Give your 3 cats a pet on the head for me. Nikolai, Noah and Tux.🐈🐈⬛🐈 My Chloe who went to Heaven is up at the top of the page. He loved his box and laying in the bathroom sink.

Paul I love Art Deco. The later phase of the movement was referred to as Streamline Moderne, (which is having a revival here in the US), and many of the houses you show are in that style. Less ornate than Deco with horizontal lines, curves and an almost machinelike quality like like a ship or locomotive. Water Fall homes are an example and these units. Love your vids so look forward to new ones.

Thanks, Paul. I should beat myself with a birch branch for not getting to watch this until Monday arvo! Not like me to leave this long. 😄I'd happily live in the left side unit but wonder the reason/s the other unit being left as it was. Did they not pay the rent and had to leave in a hurry? With the quantity of children's books/toys etc, did mum leave with the children because of circumstances? I guess we'll never know ... anybody else have a theory?

Two trips out to the car with the dvd's when you've finished filming LOL One side of the homes left clean and tidy the other looks like a dump. Which one would you have liked as a landlord? Grab the kitchen sink too- scrap! It was still in reasonable condition and would have rented out easily. very little to maintain too.
