Art Gallery: A Short Film by Zealyn

This short film is one of five created alongside Zealyn's upcoming single, Odd Behavior, releasing on May 13th.

Reluctantly accepting the invite, Zealyn arrives at an art exhibit in downtown Los Angeles. But much to her surprise, she is the only one in attendance. Perhaps even more unnerving is the single piece of art being displayed. She lights a cigarette, slowly walks towards the painting, and then… Emotion is evoked. At first glance, the painting is alarming, to say the least. “What is this? A bird-man? Holding a cat?” But the longer she stares, the more she sees herself. Perhaps there is beauty in what is poorly interpreted. What a concept. “Am I the bizarre looking bird-man holding a cat? Or, am I just misunderstood and consequently written off as irrelevant?”
