Excellent ideas with the clear gesso, and the use of mineral oil. I have been tempted (& therefore hesitant) to use ink on my gel plate, but I have to keep reminding myself of my 2023 resolution to use all my art supplies with reckless abandon!

I can't remember where I learned to clean the plate with mineral oil, but WOW does it pull a lot off the plate. The baby oil massage is also amazing at getting them clean but also releasing paint well again.
