How do you decide where you are going? Did you know you would be using the flowers that you chose?

Usually I don’t have a plan. I just let the process lead me. Sometimes I have a plan to use certain colors or stencil/materials like the flowers. Sometimes I can have an idea in my head but I have discovered that the end result never turns out the way I imagined. So I often just do something, looking for something I like and add something else and the page emerges. Over time you will learn and get some control of what happens to the page. But pages still end up as a mess sometimes…

I can feel that too when watching and editing the videos of me creating but when you are creating in the moment you don’t see things the same way, you don’t feel the same way and that is ok. 🌸
