I feel like both sides have their own advantages. Confederation has better assault vehicle factory. The special vehicle factory is better for resistance because torrents>mammoth but Chamelion and Porcupine>typhoon and Energy shield. Avia is tied because cyclone and dragon fly the same and while vertex is better then hawk, albatross is better then thor because of better range. Nukes go to confederation. Shipyard goes to resistance simply because viking does not have air defense and you can produce alligators a lot more quickly. The hero factory definitely goes to resistance because a lot of the confederations heros are trash compared to the resistance heros. Barracks is tied but leans toward confederation. All the troops are better for confederation in barracks but resistance troops produce faster and can hide. Each faction also has its own strengths overall. Resistance is better with hiding and range while confederation is toward sheer power and health. Confederation usually wins in 1v1 but Resistance troops produce quicker and are cheaper. You can see this in multiple instances. In 1v1 torrents will kill mammoth but mammoth has longer range. The sniper tower would lose to bunker in 1v1 but has longer range. Same for jaguar against zeus. It depends on your playing style. I prefer to do one massive attack that crushes everything so I like to go for confederation.

I feel like I'll have to disagree with the typhoon, typhoons are better than porcupines because typhoon missile is faster. Porcupine missile is sometimes too slow that vertex can out speed especially max vertex on gold attack boost as you can get 648 speed with gold attack boost. Typhoons are also cheaper and use lest cp so that definitely helps. I'll agree though that chamelion is better than energy shield due to the fact that it protects them against vertex without sight. Energy shield is weaker than chameleon, I'll definitely prefer chameleon over energy shield any time. On Thor's and Albatross both have their ups, Thor's are faster than albatross. If AA is thick Thor's are more likely to succeed in dropping their payload than albatross and since Thor's have higher drop range if albatross is killed before 3 cell of the target only 1 bomb will be dropped unlike Thor's who will drop their payload and Thor's are more concentrated so taking hq down is easier. Still albatross has thick armor definitely better to endure AA fire and the range advantage is also a thing, also to note that since their are more bombs there's a higher spread of area which makes it better to use against field armies although Thor is better due to speed. Infantry and armor are slightly better for confed since they're better in 1vs1 but resis units are cheap and are easier to mass and theres chameleon which is the best resistance unit ever. Air goes to confed since better vertex means air superiority is easier to achieve. You can see a video where 11 vertex beat 23. On water resistance units are better since they can handle air but viking will likely kill an alligator in 1vs1 so as long as you have air superiority, you can negate viking weakness. I prefer confederation since I learned a lot of Soviet battle doctrine along with some American air doctrine.

I have to disagree with the heroes and cyclone fact, first, for the confederation heroes, Cerberus is kind of trash yeah, but he is more an infantry killer, seraphine is a very versatile air, land unit because has the same advantage as the cyclones, they can aim and shoot everywhere while moving and solaris it's a pretty maneuverable tier 3 hero, more than Leviathan, but it is vulnerable to air attacks, so they have their own play style and depends its effectiveness depends on the commander, now the cyclones and dragonflies are same, maybe, one thing about the dragonfly is that has more firepower due to its missiles, but the cyclone is way more maneuverable, here is why... they can aim while moving, something that dragonflies don't have, because once they move, they turn to that direction, and they only shoot on that direction, besides the cyclone that can actually aim and shoot everywhere, and a very good use of it could be a pain in the ass for resistance players. I'm a Confederate, so I can tell from my experience that this is a reality, at least for me, Resistance units are really annoying and really makes me pass a hard time while dealing with them, even with bad players, Resistance units are just made to harass the confederate, to don't make them grow enough just to put the fatal blow on the right time, and that happened to me for many... maaany times, so yeah none of the factions has bad units, it just that you need to know the strength and weaknesses of your units and your opponent's units, build your tactics based on your defeats or on other people's gameplay and find that deadly tactic that'll make you emerge victorious from every situation.

@@flynnblazkowicz8141 True every unit has its ups and down for both resistance and confederate but I still prefer wasp over Cerberus. Useful for debuffing enemies and gaining containers at sea. In fact I mainly use Solaris and Seraphim. Solaris is excellent for naval warfare. It's practically immune to torpedo platforms. I can bait alligators out with Solaris and then destroy them with Vikings alongside having 3 squadrons of vertex to counter hawks. Once dead Solaris can destroy torpedo platforms and I can achieve naval superiority. But confederation in air is simply better than resistance, they're built to play like resistance. Lighter armor, faster speed, higher maneuverability all of this combined makes them perfect for harassment. I literally rush vertex and I destroyed the enemy's construction time every single time and if they tried to build anti air towers or porcupines. I destroy them causing a massive drain in resources allowing me to build up to do contracts. Having air superiority is a godsend, you'll usually win more matches like that. I'm rank 16 and my vertex is maxed in Armor, Speed, and Fuel economy system. Once a time I had faced a resistance player who went with hawks first before I got them. He sent one to me to do harassment, big mistake as it made me spam anti air. If he had waited for a bit then I may be catched off guard but he didn't. This allowed me to build my own vertex. By the time I had 3 he already had 8 and I was still hq LV 3. The resulting air fuel between my vertex and his hawks along with typhoons and anti air towers killed most of his hawks, 6 of them. 2 were shot down by anti air missiles but the 4 were killed by vertex. When he sent them against and I had a full squadron. I literally slaughtered his hawks. No vertex lost on my side ever. Guy surrendered after that.

I think you should've flopped down all air towers when u got hit by bombers the first time. Also, have 4 hawks ready to take down thors is good for 15 min game
