This painting was painted by Emil Nolde in 1912 and it was titled as "The Candle Dancer". It showcases Nolde's unique blend of Expressionism and Primitivism . I learned in my history book that he was a member of the Brücke(Bridge) group, a pioneering Expressionist movement in Germany His works that I know are "The Dancing Women " and "The Sea" and The "Flower Garden " Dear sir, your videos always light up my mood(specially your Hello Hello Helloooo makes me smile everyday😊 ) , I get to learn very much from you !💚

@@lecturesbywalterlewin.they9259 Yeah! Indian scientific curiosity doesn't go beyond the IIT. It is not a scientific culture perhaps because india han't witnessed a cultural revolution. It's sad to see indian science students wanting to pursue the subject just for a job. Poverty really doesn't let people see beyond money. I am an indian BTW.

His name is Emil Nolde. He is German. Some sources says he drew this in 1912 but some said 1917, so I don’t know when he drew this. He lived for 89 years. I researched for only 5 minutes so I couldn’t find much about his contributions but I will find more. Thank you for making me find new knowledge.

@@lecturesbywalterlewin.they9259 Sir, another doubt, you usually recommend not to remember equations and use concepts to derive it but during exams we have time constraint so we have to remember those large equations.
