Maganda po ba gamitin sa watercolour yung vellum board? Magsisimula pa lang po kasi ako kaya gusto ko yung gagamitin ko ay tama lang para sa akin. At tsaka ano pong mas maganda gamitin sa dalawa, Fabriano o Canson?

hello, i think vellum is quite okay lalo na kung dry on wet technique gagamitin mo for watercolor. pero kapag wet on wet technique, i really advice to use watercolor paper. i havent tried fabriano yet so i can't really tell the difference between the two, sorry.

how did you make your own canvas po? hng buying an actual one is a bit risky for a beginner like me hng

dan dan hiii! i used illustration board as the base of the canvas. i iron first the cloth, wrap it around the board and secure it using binder clips, then i glue/tape it. then if you want to prime it, you may. :) hope this helps! 🥰

Kahlel Torres if you're gonna use a lot of water, it'll be hard. but i use vellum board usually for practices !

i am scared to order synthetic brush online bc it might be damaged, as i can see on this vid, did the brushes still work well even tho it's damaged?

the bent brushes were still usable and still worked. however, the brushes that were frayed due to the packaging was kinda hard to use already.

Ang primer para sa canvass ay gesso. Actually, pwde rin yun sa kahoy, ordinary na papel and mixed media papers. 😊
