Wordle in 5 (This was terrifying! I instantly fell into a trap.) XYLOL STORE SPORE SWORE SHORE Connections: No mistakes, got the time bonus, but no order. Got every category, but I only said "First names of Baseball Players" for Purple, so I think I only get a half point for that. To be fair, I had no idea they were all Yankees. Only one I knew, that was, is Babe Ruth. Sports are not my strong suit. 8.5/10 Strands: Perfect Score. Craftsman was a total guess though. I've never heard of that type of house.

XYLIC HOUND STARE SHORE STRANDS 164 "Honey, I'm home!", 10 CHURCH was red herring I saw early, CABIN and COTTAGE made more sense and eventually I found the spangram, but the other words were hard. Total solve time 4:13. Super hard mode streak up to 3. I suggested a mega-snake near the end of the last round of words, but you already had the current list you are using in mind. Each day's word starts with the last letter from the previous day. Some of these words are quite tricky with double letters as well. You do you, but if I had submitted that answer for purple. I would have taken a half point. But I also rewarded myself a half point for the answer I did submit which was "(first) names of fictional animals" (see my submission for the explanation), even though yours is clearly much closer to Wyna's category than mine. Kinda makes the case for more subdivisions. I'd probably give you 0.9 for your answer and 0.1 for mine lol.
