Proud to have been one of Julie’s artists in the 1970s.

Was fortunate enough to see this exhibition in person before it closed prematurely when lockdown began in early 2020. Wonderful to get more perspective on some of the artists.

I see this in some degree with very talented drag artists. So many construct their own looks. I live for the color!

What is that machine that Linda is weaving on it resembles a typewriter???someone please tell me what it is called and where can I get one
@SylviaAdamsEP4 жыл бұрын
It’s a punch card machine where she punches out the words on paper and then you feed the paper through the knitting machine. She has an older one. It’s about as wide as an electric keyboard. A company called Brother makes them.

It´s a machine for knitting, is a semiindustrial process. This machine is from 1970/1980 you can found someone in second hand or vintage shops, but they are too difficult to use.
