This time, thanks to the amazing David Luong, I am showing you the unboxing and artbook review of the Diablo IV Collector's Edition Box that DID arrive a while ago... but I wanted to wait with this until I finished the campaign. Its a nice book, but shipping costs were insane for EU. I got the Book of Lorath, and its full of art and lore, not just pictures. Its like 4th book in a series from Diablo, the Art book from collectors i will snipe somehwere :D

i know ! shipping for eu was like 200€.. i ordered from UK site with shipping of 40€.. idk why they have such a low shipping compared to EU

Hello I think no names posted due to blizzard owning all the art etc and not giving credit! Hey with all your contacts any news about them maybe doing an art book if the church they did in France for the release of game? I think artist was Adam Miller

Just read more info about you and cursive; I think you should make the book about the Diablo/ church art book! 3 aspects. Diablo game art Actual artwork and then it’s use for a music video by artist Halsey! I think book would sell good

Thanks for the suggestion :) So there have been a couple of projects in the past that were close to becoming real, at least in conversation, but were always shattered by corporate interests and deals with Dark Horse, which I understand. I am only a small designer, and cannot offer the kind of framework and coverage such a major publisher could offer. Any Star Wars or Disney or major gaming studio deals never worked out, even though artists, directors and producers wanted to work with me. It is just how it is in the end, and I accepted it after all these years of gatekeeping :)

@@Spiridude absolutely it’s a bummer that these things never come your way market or get shared more. Going back to the church thing they did for the Diablo release I did not get to attend in person but some of those pieces I seen were excellent. It’s a shame these pieces are either locked up at Blizzard basement lol

@@tiagopintoart i dont have the book myself yet and havent seen a flipthrough of it, I usually watch one fast to see if is good, thats how I usually see artbooks to see which ones to buy and which not

the artbook is way too foccused on main character and costumes; wished they have put more about bestiary, there was plenty of that in diablo 3 artbook
