Artec Industries' NEW JT Gladiator Bellypan is designed to give your 2021+ Jeep Gladiator ECO DIESEL full protection underneath the vehicle. Designed using CAD files directly from the manufacturer and ultra-precise 3D scans, this belly pan skid plate ensures that you have a great fit with factory components. Made from 1/4" thick 6061 Aluminum and 3/16" zinc plated steel, and CNC cut and formed, the Artec JT Bellypan Kit offers both a strong and lightweight solution for your new Jeep JT.

Lightweight Aluminum adds very little weight to the vehicle yet covers far more and is heavier duty than factory skids
6061 T6 Aerospace grade Aluminum is tougher than the other 5052 aluminum options on the market...there is a difference.
6061 Aluminum has a memory so when it bends, it pops back into shape...steel skid plates just dent and stay dented.
Increases ground clearance of 3/4" from factory skids and even more compared to other aftermarket skid plates

Removing that motor mount bolt was a pain in the butt! And the 10mm bolt you guys sent still isn't long enough to engage the nylock! Not to mention the nut welded on the frame likes to get sucked into the slotted hole on the bracket. You need to include a washer to go above the bracket and a longer 10 mm bolt to engage the nyloc

Another excellent install video. Question I have is will the 3.6 bellypan also bolt up like this? Same mods to the brackets? Weld and clearance them?

It will be fairly similar. While we are working on the install video for the new Alpha series skids, you can still watch the video for our older style 3.6L kit, which will still have a somewhat similar install as far as bracket locations.

Was kind of hard to tell...is there an opening for the oil pan drain bolt or do you have to remove a panel for oil changes?

Version one of the Bellypan had an oval hole for the drain plug However all of the new kits (Version 2) coming out in the next few weeks will have a removable door to access the drain plug as well as some smoother radius bends on some panels for a tighter fitment

How do you get a conical recessed hex bolt out of the hole if the aluminum is gouged into the bolt or the bolt get stripped?

You need to finish the JL video. Wish you would have stuck with all metric bolts instead of mixed metric and SAE bolts--hate having mixed bolts and trying to remember which is which.

We are currently working on getting several videos shot majority of the JT and JL video will be the same between the different platforms aside from the Fuel tank and Def skid. As far as the Mix of SAE and Metric hardware , There are many sizes of press nut that are available in sae that are not available in metric. There aren't press nuts around the 3/8" size. metric press nuts are also much more expensive with no benefit. We also already have sae press nuts in stock and standardized among all our product lines so that improves efficiency and isn't held up by supply chain issues that would come from having a whole bunch of different press nuts sizes to use. That means the customer gets the product faster.

is there any sort of UHMW kit for this skid system in the works cause im pretty interested cause that would be another big selling point if not let me know and ill go with the next venture motorsports belly pan instead :D

UHMW hasn't been requested much or needed so it is not something we are looking to at the moment. Not to talk down too much, but their skid system uses a lower grade aluminum, which is probably why it needs extra protection.

@@ArtecIndustries well thats nice to know,i really dont require a "Bettter grade aluminum" i just care about the UHMW feature since ive had good experiences using it compared to just a regular slider/or belly pan without it also i have it on my can-am utv,UHMW really helps with sliding over rocks with ease and its super tough,without it ive noticed i dont get hung up on rocks as much with UHWM compared to aluminum since its soft even if its 5056 or 6061,thats just from personal experience Also i do like the fact you guys do use 6061 wich of course is stronger wich does sway me to go with yall apart that there is no UHMW kit available,but if you guys do have something in the works let me know since i can wait since im still am waiting for parts and also saving up for other stuff :D

This one, the JT4130, is specific for the diesel model JT. We have a 3.6L gas model, which is part number JT4150. Thanks!
