Brad Marchand trash talked Artemi Panarin about his dislike of Putin. Marchand said that no one in Russia likes Panarin. Artemi P took two weeks off the previous season to deal with a bogus claim from his 2011 coach Andrei Nazarov that Artemi Panarin hit a woman in a bar. Nazarov had already stated publicly he doesn’t like Panarin’s dislike of Putin. Panarin was fined for the glove throw. Marchand was wrong for taking the trash talk onto the bench from the ice where it’s accepted to get better skilled players the Bruins can’t defend to take penalties. Marchand’s nickname ‘the rat’ is the same as ex Flyer and Oiler Ken Linseman who played the same agitate the opponent’s best players style.
