Artemis 1 Night Launch as Viewed from Satellite Beach, FL

The long awaited launch of Artemis I took place at 1:47 am last night -11/16/22. Artemis 1 is an unmanned spacecraft paving the way for the US to return astronauts to the moon.
These alternating north and south views of the Grand Canal in Satellite Beach show how blindingly bright the rocket trail was - even from 20 miles south. It lit up the entire Satellite Beach Grand Canal like a spotlight was being shown on us.
