Mo you’re missing the point. The pathway was there to make it from the Chelsea youth system under Roman, but they just weren’t good enough. That’s not the club’s fault. Chelsea under Roman recruited the kids and provided the pathway. When the transfer ban came with the appointment of Frank, it so happened that we had been winning youth cups for fun so we had a pipeline of youngsters to come through that were good enough. That was a result of a decade of investment in cobham, and the timing just worked. So to talk about what came through before Lampard as manager is not a discussion point.

Judge Mo do your research on Califiori asap aside’s from this season for Bologna in terms of getting pasted by dribblers he’s statistically similar to Zinchenko not only in passing and possession but in aerial duels won go and check for yourself. Some things are too good to be true sometimes similar to Mudryk when a player overperforms and gets sold for a lot of money

Rory timeline is off with Saka. Saka never played LB under Emery, plan was always to give him games at LW. Ljungberg played Saka at LB after back to back games Tierney & Kolasinac got injured. Saka actually broke through at LW under Emery. Saka first got his opportunity to start at 17 in Europa league putting a MOTM performance in 18/19 season. Emery gave Saka opportunity in preseason where he shined. 19/20 was suppose to be Saka season where he was given 1st team opportunities after impressing in preseason v Madrid, Bayern, Barca and so on. Saka was given start v Frankfurt away & was MOTM, got 1 goal, 2 assist in 3-0 win. Emery then gave him a PL starts at home v Villa at Left wing, which he was subbed out early because Maitland Niles red card. Emery gave him starts in the cup at LW away at Liverpool in 5-5 game. Saka started LW away at Old Trafford shining. Saka became a nailed on starter at LB because of injuries under Arteta. Arteta then went away from Saka back end of the season to go with Maintland Niles LWB. Saka was not a fluke situation where he broke through out of circumstance & injuries. Plan was always to give Saka an opportunity. Ljungberg was the man who first played Saka LB at youth level and was the first to play Saka at LB at senior level when he was interim.

Arsenal needs a Right winger and also a striker and a DM to assist Rice.. Kimmich or Lobotka would be amazing

Paul Mitchell Newcastle new DOF, if he'd gone anywhere else, everyone would be talking about it. He was Man U first choice, but he knocked them back. So Man U have just paid Newcastle 12m (Ashworth comp) to appoint the bloke they wanted as DOF 😂😂😂 Cheers

@FootyJudgeMo your judging a guy who played 45 wins of football before season ending acl. He has had plenty of time to heal and strengthen. He came in at the end playing in u23s and looked sharp. This season is a mystery but I think he's going to cook.

Rory said timber starts alot of games because we played our back four too much. We will be rotating 5-6 defenders every week- Mo, why is Timber not good enough? What?

I never said Timber isn’t good enough

@FootyJudgeMo you said it from an Arsenal's fan's perspective. You were saying that Arsenal fans have turned on Timber, but we haven't. Thing is, he's coming back from an ACL and he will be battling for his position like everyone else in the back line who isn't named Saliba.

@@mr.madhatter5538 alright then. But that contradicts what Was said Last season that Timber is the guy to solve all problems of that Left side🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
@mr.madhatter55383 ай бұрын
@FootyJudgeMo he will potentially solve a lot of problems on the right. So will Califiori. Now we have two top players capable of playing on the left instead of Zinchenko (defensive disaster), Kiwior ( does a job but isn't good enough, the true rotation piece, or Tomiyasu ( injury prone and does but provide enough offensively). Most Arsenal fans have Timber and Cali in the same bracket.

Why it's crazy to think that's dificult for Arsenal to find a top winger to COMPETE with Saka. What if those players were on a radar, but they DON'T want to compete with Saka, not being comfortable to overtake that RW position. And even if Arsenal find that player, what message does it send to Saka? To leave?
@FootyJudgeMo3 ай бұрын
Exactly. Also what’s not helping is that Saka is 22 not like he is at the end of his career or even Prime 27-28 no one is movie him especially when he has been delivering. Even in his “Bad Season” he still got the output
@Arty2senis3 ай бұрын
@@FootyJudgeMo I always hear this from Arsenal fans, but they never think logocally. And my opinion is not just to protect Saka. But just from possible target winger perspective. Same situation is probably in Real Mardrid with Vinicious, unless that player is Mbappe, ready already to overtake his position
