Arteza Pastel Pencils... are they are good as the Arteza Expert Pencils?

They need to stick with one name, classic or premium for the triangular ones 😆 Yes, the Expert and Bruts work well together, very similar in the "feel test" 🥰

Nice to see them, thankfully they don't seem available (unless I want to order and wait till sept for delivery) so I can't be tempted, by them!😀 I'd buy another set of the experts if they ever arrive back, been searching for years now, they seem to have decided not to bother with big expert pencils sets now. Haha that's the problem with reviewing things I've had in the box a while. I did see the 120 set come back into stock a while ago, at £56, thought it wasn't a terrible price. Looks like they've gone again though.

On one of your older videos again Lily. Do you have any idea what has happened to Arteza. I have the 48 coloured & watercoloured pencil sets which I bought about 2 years ago. I can't get hold of the 72 or 120. Never in stock on their website or Amazon & not available anywhere, from what I can see. Also can't find any information on what is going on. Have they gone bust? Thought you might know.

@@rach1972 They just seem to have fizzled out Rach, it seems to happen with a lot of companies that whitelabel or brand some Chinese made product, sell through their stock and then disappear. Arteza came onto the art products scene just at the beginning of the pandemic and I think they saw huge growth in a short time as everyone was at home doing hobbies. Soon as life returned to normal, their sales must have dropped and I guess they were unable to invest in new/replacement stock runs. Recently there were Arteza products seen in The Works (UK store) and Dollar Stores in the US so it's looks like they liquidated (offloaded for an influx of money) a lot of there stock. Not sure if that means they have gone bust yet... or are hanging in there.

@@ArtJourneyUK thanks for the info, it is very much appreciated, I only got back into colouring in the pandemic just like you mentioned & at the time I only had a tin of Derwent Artists & Coloursofts. Could open up my own shop now haha. I guess on eBay I might be able to find some.

It is just a shame the Brut's, don't have colour names on them. Drives me mad how daft I can see what colour they are on my swatch chart. My greens are as small as my finger, I guess I like green lol 😅😂
