I think this is my favorite water feature so far. We don't get to see these in Alaska.
@ArtfullyRogue Жыл бұрын
Yeah I can only imagine the life span of a water feature in Alaska

Nice work! It’s interesting to see the change from the raw materials to finished piece.

Thanks Dave, it was a fun project to work with. I'm actually in Spain right now and just received an order for another X style rain curtain, so I guess people like them enough to buy

This is great. If you get time, or maybe on the next one you film, could you go over the plumbing part a bit more in-depth? Particularly the components you used at the top. Thanks.
@ArtfullyRogue Жыл бұрын
Ok will do. I'm currently in Spain on a project but when I return I can do a video specifically on the plumbing

Hi there, great work! Please could you tell me about the water pump you used? Maybe a link ? It would really help me out. Thankyou!
@ArtfullyRogue Жыл бұрын
I buy my pumps online from a company called Graystone creations. And you can call them Nathan or John let them know what size water feature you're wanting to pump for and they can get you hooked up just let him know that Doug from Artfully Rogue since you there direction

Wow another great water feature. I realize how much work it is to make these, especially while trying to work on a paying customer project. Thank you, they are always interesting! Question: how do you go about sizing your pumps?
@ArtfullyRogue Жыл бұрын
Thanks for the question Dan, Honestly, sizing our pumps has been trial and error. The rain curtain throws off the normal calculation for sizing pumps. When I have questions I call the guys at Graystone Creations. But for the most part we either use an EasyPro 1850gph on out big water features and a Savio 1200gph on our smaller water features. Small is in the range of 6'x6' and anything larger is considered our big water feature

@@ArtfullyRogue wow, that’s higher than I expected. Thanks for sharing! I’m trying to work out a nice rock formation for inside the house. I got stuck on the pump size. I love in Colorado so would be nice way to add humidity into the house.
