Actually physical exercise is what builds muscle. There's so many professional athletes and Olympic medalists who are vegan, veg these days. And they're unanimously says body rejuvenation of veg diet is easier than meat diet. Duhh no brainer, veg is efficient for the body to bounce back, muscle pain etc.

@@UurdChuluutNegeneehh vegan men bug me. Its not just their whiny natures and their frail looking physique. I am a real woman, I got real curves and weigh realistically. My thighs do not make a gap. We Native American/Latina women weigh realistically and have wider hips and thighs. Vegan men bug me because their waists are smaller than mine and their thighs are smaller than my arms. I happen to prefer real men. I like men who can handle curves, who carry heavy things. Who can sit down on a couch with me and have a beer while watching a baseball game. And I do not want to hear "this is not nonfat!" I may not be delicate and girly, but I still like being the woman in a relationship. Can't have that with vegan men.
