The food is almost the same as what we have in Kalmykia. We also love the sheep's liver (el'kyn) with caul fat (semjin), borts or bortslsyn makhan, boortsyg, milk tea (although very few people still prepare it with sheep's fat and meat nowadays). Good luck with your channel!

When sleeping outside in -40 degrees Celsius, the dog protects him throughout the night. Mongol Bankhar does not stay away from his owner during the night.

We used to have them in Kalmykia, we called them Дёрвн нюдтя барыг ноха (Dörvön nüdtä baryg nokha), but during Stalin's deportation to Siberia our dogs were lost and when we came back 13 years later they were almost all gone. Nowadays more and more Bankhars are brought from Mongolia. My heart fills with joy when I see Bankhars in Kalmykia. They have been gone for such a long time and now thanks to you, our Mongolian brothers and sisters, our beautiful Bankhars are with us again. Even the dog's names are the same as in Kalmykia. Very common names for Kalmyk Bankhars were Хасыр (Khasyr) and Басыр (Basyr). Thank you for preserving our shared Mongolian culture!

I can safely say he did not sleep in the open mid winter 🥶 at -30. Most like only for the cameras, otherwise they (camera man) would have slept in a tent, nearby ger or in the car.

In the winter, they sleep outside ONLY if they were searching their missing horse etc and if there is no place to enter. In the summer, they sleep wherever they want where no predator (like wolf, bear or mountain leopard) pass through.

@@kaizerfrance6644 Я сам Халха монгол. Давно уже более 35лет живу в Европе. Для меня уже такой калорийное питание не допустимо. Слишком жирно! Хотья родился и вырос в Монголии на таком же питание. Но мир меняется, условие жизни тоже. Монголы уже давно не живут в тех трудных суровых природных условиях где был необходимо много жирного белкового питание. Климат тоже изменился теплее намного стала. Питание тоже должны меняться. Нельзя поверхностно судить и тупо повторять традицию предков в еде. Между прочим из-за слишком жирного питание Монголия занимает первое место в мире по заболевание печени, по раку печени и церозу печени. Все должно сохранится в натуральном виде но можно ведь выбирать, комбинировать, совместить разные европейские блюдо с монгольским мясными блюдами в облегчённом виде. Зачем например на завтрак так много жирного и жареного? Никчему вовсе блюдо сувать мясо и жир. На завтрак достаточно злаковые каши, молочное. Овощные салаты, фруктовые десерты, рыба, морепродукты обьязательно должны присутствовать в рационе. Надеюсь новое поколение задумаются.. Для этого старые должны обучать молодых и дать понять постепенно изменить питание. Это уже необходимость! Норма питание количество калории жир должны в разы уменьшится..
