Rarely saw so many wipes on normal, I don't run savages but I'm doing EX this time (haven't done them in EW) and god, M-3 got wiped a lot because healers didn't followed the healcheck, even when I putted Reprisal and saw like 6-7 wipes in 1 evening on M-4 because peoples stuggled with the ammount of stack-twisters and memory game+half cleave , thing is brutal for normal but that what we want for raids, to be more unique in their mechanics and less free A huge stepup for normal, I'll place it the same as Omega already, above Pandemonium and even Eden

Healers need to understand that 3 healer gcds he saved by not hardcasting res is considerably less valuable than the 72 dps gcds he wasted by leaving him dead.

I think new players need to always look at stuff like this, here we have an incredibly hardcore and experienced player playing right? And guess what happens when he sees all this new stuff? He dies! And then its the mentality after and his willingness to learn that makes him that good. People give up on shit way too easily when just letting yourself fail a handful of times is what you will need

M doesn't work that well in the event that each tier is M1-4 of different weight classes. R12S looks way better than M4-3S. Even if we used M12S, it breaks the pattern of the first letter being the first consonant of the raid name. R is better.
