@@SavaSnacks I loved it, brought back so many memories. I Used to go to Dominic's on Arthur Ave every Saturday night back in the late 70's into 80's. Then would go back Sunday afternoons to stock up on cold cuts, cheese & ravioli for the week. Lived in Leonia NJ & miss the area soooo much. Thanks for your efforts in making these great videos:)

Interesting video! Unfortunately, the pinoli on the cookies were not Italian or even from the Mediterranean basin. They are cheaper pine nuts from the Far East, North Korea harvested, and distributed by China. They are tasteless. The Italian pinoli price is around US$ 80 per pound!

Horror ! From a Neapolitan and Italian; don't call that a ''Pizza'' or ''Italian Food''...it's an insult! Same story for all that FAKE presumed Italian Food Dishes ; and the Real one can only be made by Italian and from Italy ingredients...REAL ones!

Although you bring up good points, many Italians are terrible cooks because many are not foodies. In the real world, most people in the general public are not foodies. If a person is passionate about food and understands the dishes, he or she can cook great Italian or whatever.
