@@Bober_Jobro No, I don't think it did. He got John and his family out. He made Dutch see himself for what he really was, which in turn made Dutch change too. When Dutch throws himself off the cliff in the first game, its so John doesn't have to kill him, because he knew it'd be hard for him. John then sacrificed himself for his family. All of them found their redemption in death. It is called "red DEAD REDEMPTION" afterall, lol
